Hi cinda -
This is a terrible, powerful addiction.
Distract - Distract - Distract - that's one of my most powerful coping skills.
Paint a wall, go for a power walk, call a friend, write in a journey, clean the house or car, get in the bathroom or kitchen and clean the grout with a toothbrush (really works magic!) - there is so much to just go and get lost in.
Just hold on tight and gentle down the energy around you...get those sharp edges of energy softened... healing is going on and it takes time.
Distract!
Blessings sent-
