Hi All, 3 Weeks yesterday and counting. Have never felt so good about something, ever. This is my time to shine. For the first time in my life I have finally made a decision and stuck to it, and feeling confident. Had my fair share of challenges, however, every challenge won is a step in the right direction and strengthens my desire to quit. I have put a list of my reasons for wanting to quit on my fridge so every time I want to smoke I read it. It helps me alot, reminds me of why I am fighting the nicodemon in the first place. Counting the days and I love watching my quit meter grow. Now I just have to stop watching my waistline grow. I am unstoppable. Watch me go!!!! on 3 weeks - your doing great, mummy Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
