BFS is right aliebling. Smoking increases your heart rate. When I quit smoking, my blood pressure went down some 20 points in the first week! Wow! I was amazed. I started a thread about the delima of taking work breaks and not smoking. Go read it. I think it is on the "coping with cravings or coping with withdrawal" thread. Our scc members gave some good advice. Don't listen to the junkie thoughts. Smoking does NOTHING good for us. It harms every organ in our bodies. Hang tough cause smoking sucks!
