Do you have any cold, hard facts (minus opinions or experiences) relating to cigarettes, cigars, dip or chew that you could share? If you do, or if you're willing to do a quick search, I would really appreciate your input. In the end, if enough is contributed, it should be a good reminder of why we're here and a central location to find some good information. I know I'll be printing a copy. Thanks! Fact. I don't smoke any more and I feel much better and I am much fitter than I was when I smoked two years ago. Fact. I cannot believe that I smoked for 25 years. Fact. I was a plonker but now I am much improved. Fact. It's raining outside and the bloke on his fag break out there can't light his ciggie cos it's too wet. Penitent on day 821 - fact!

Members, Thank you for sharing your information. You can continue to increase you knowledge by using the experiences of one another. This is why the site exists to share and experience all kinds of quits. Talking to your doctor and pharmacist can also open up a world of knowledge :) Please note that the User Agreement states *You agree not to post any copyrighted material on or within The Service.*. Therefore I have edited some posts to reflect this. Keep Strong, Josie ______________________ The SSC Support Team.
