Hello! Its now 6pm my time and I havent smoked all day! I have really only thought about it a few times. I had a little morning frazzle, but my quit buddy helped me through. I think if I can just get back into the mindset I was in the first time I quit, I will have an easier time at this. I already know that moping around without my cigarettes will get me nothing but wasted time, and I guess if I am going to see this through, then there is no need to be sad, it's a better decision, and I do MOST DEFINITELY see the changes, from how I was when I wasn't smoking to now. I really, vividly see the negative effects that smoking does, because I watched my clean breathing, and smelling and every other beautiful benefit I had as a "nonsmoker" slowly, with each drag that I had to take again, go away. I believe I am prepared to regain that. Thanks for listening.
