Funny... Someone said, 'why, with all that technology and stuff in the world nowadays, can't they come up with a healthy cigarette...' Yeh, that was me, yesterday. And yeh, I meant it! I remember being like that! For the last year I have been taking green tea supplements because I read on the web that it can undo the damage of smoking. Well, not smoking does that doesn't it? One of my favorite answers about smoking was , "well, in Houston the air is so bad that the smokers are going to live longer because we breath most of our air though filters." My friend at work is pregnant and she won't eat microwaved food because it could hurt the baby (I heard of maybe not standing in front of the microwave but not eating microwaved food, I don't know) however, she is still smoking a half pack a day. Loves, You doing fantastic! Congrats! There will always be an excuse for smokers, and they will jump in when ready. A lot of members advised they had a "wake-up" moment and this started their quit. What ever the reason, it is always a great choice to quit! Keep Strong, Josie ______________________ The SSC Support Team.
