Sours ... Sugar - Free "Not a low calorie food" ! The FDA (Food and Drug Administration) requires that companies who produce Sugar Free food to include that not a low calorie food label on it. Even though these have 0 calories LOL!!! People assume that Sugar Free means Low Calorie, so the FDA made them put that on there!! Crazy? I quit smoking on July 6, 2006 at 6:00pm. It has been 1 week, 20 hours, 26 minutes, and 29 seconds since I quit. Had I not quit smoking, I would have: * Smoked 157 cigarettes (That's like smoking a 52 foot long cigarette) * Spent $33.61 on cigarettes * Inhaled 1.57 grams of tar * Inhaled 125 mg of nicotine (That's like doing 2,356 hits of nicotine) * Inhaled 1.73 grams of carbon monoxide * Taken an additional 23 hours, 14 minutes, and 8 seconds off my life

Depends on your plan tina. You don't have to eat sugar free stuff, M&M's and Twizzlers are fine. I am just trying out an excersize program and looking at calorie intake. You should focus on one thing at a time if you don't want to diet and stop smoking at around the same time, you don't have to. There is no way that you will put on so much weight that it will become as dangerous as smoking. Also losing the weight that you put on after you stop smoking is much less of a difficult task than quitting smoking is. :) I quit smoking on July 6, 2006 at 6:00pm. It has been 1 week, 22 hours, 41 minutes, and 56 seconds since I quit. Had I not quit smoking, I would have: * Smoked 159 cigarettes (That's like smoking a 53 foot long cigarette) * Spent $34.01 on cigarettes * Inhaled 1.59 grams of tar * Inhaled 127 mg of nicotine (That's like doing 2,384 hits of nicotine) * Inhaled 1.75 grams of carbon monoxide * Taken an additional 23 hours, 30 minutes, and 50 seconds off my life

Well, it is better to have sugar substitutes than smoke, and besides, just look up "loperamide hydrochloride". 2mg should do :) I quit smoking on July 6, 2006 at 6:00pm. It has been 1 week, 1 day, 4 hours, 16 minutes, and 8 seconds since I quit. Had I not quit smoking, I would have: * Smoked 164 cigarettes (That's like smoking a 55 foot long cigarette) * Spent $35.00 on cigarettes * Inhaled 1.64 grams of tar * Inhaled 130 mg of nicotine (That's like doing 2,453 hits of nicotine) * Inhaled 1.80 grams of carbon monoxide * Taken an additional 1 day, 12 minutes, and 2 seconds off my life
