UGH, another rough morning on concentrating. I guess I enjoyed those 3 days in a row with no cravings or lack of concentration too much. It might be because the weekend is coming once again and I dont really do well on weekends yet. I was just checking in with my fellow June-bugs

Hello everyone!!!!!!
I'm switching ranks from May Company to June-bugs! I needed to restart my quit and now if you'll have me I belong here.
Having to restart is a horrible feeling, but having such fine people as yourselves all around me makes it that much easier!!!!!
Thanks for starting this thread Mama!!

Thanks Danielle,
I, usually, come home from work and crash for an hour. Tonight, I may try taking a walk before crashing and see if that helps.
Welcome Beto!
At least, we are all staying with the Quit. That's a good thing.

Nice to see everyone here. Rosie Girl 7mg already. That's a big WOOOOHOOOOO!
Niks, I saw your response in the coping with cravings. I am okay now. That was just severe triggered more than anything else by a talking to my old beau. He really gets under my skin.
Going swimming this afternoon,
So hope everyone has a great weekend. :)

Nice seeing you mama
Still kicking! Less sleepy. I just read about the dopamine levels in your brain taking 10 to 15 days to return to normal. The worst is almost over :)
