Thank you soooo much everybody, I didn't even notice!!!! I remember thinking, when will I have a day of not thinking about smoking and now, I don't ever think about it without some sort of prompt. Today, I read about the new smoking ban here and that made me think about the website and remember to come here. It was really tough at first, but now it's natural.
