Ive been dealing with agoraphobia for 10 years now. And I was on medication for about 3 years that worked, I was sick of taking it so stopped. It was hard to get off of it too. I got horrible withdrawl symptoms. I am now having a set back and having my agoraphobic symptoms again early in the morning when I wake up and have trouble getting to work. Any suggestions to deal with this without medication? Please email me!
