Can safely say that the cravings are almost 100% gone now. I am around smokers and instead of wanting one, I feel so sorry for those who have not had the wake-up call.
I must have told 1,000's about my accomplishment and not one of those who smoked have quit, to my knowledge. Boy is that a personal thing. Yet, I shall keep on preaching on my stack of unused cigarette cartons till the day I die.
