Hellp Friends, Do You really know what makes me so happy when I come visiting this website after 3 years quit, I just love seeing Your stats, and that shows me that there is Determination in You to get the job done, O'Yeow, Yes, when We all start on this website, We All think what impossible task this is going to be to quit, Yes its a struggle, But Golly is it worth it down the road, Well I now belong to a Friendship club which I will not indulge much about, which I could add as another addiction of mine, if not for that, I would be climbing the walls, You know Friends, these addictions We list here as Our own, are good addictions, and hopefully the One we did not want is in Our past, I did think it was quite cute and funny though, when Someone made the remark, ''To Quit the Addiction of Smokeing, You have to find Another Addiction to Replace it,''' But the Individual didn't say how many, You All have a great week, Ya Hear, And If Your ever in my neck of the woods, Sop by and say Howdy, and sit a spell, love Ya All, Smokeless In Oklahoma, :) P,S, Try to keep that happy face, for its great medicine for the mind, My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/10/2003 Smoke-Free Days: 1218 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 36,551 Amount Saved: $5213.04 Life Gained: Days: 287 Hrs: 23 Mins: 36 Seconds: 52

Hello Friends & Quitters, I guess Some of You know that I'm over the hill as far as the stop smokeing center goes, like 3 years and 4 months quit, and enjoying every minute, Believe me, But something New has came up, For You see!, You're not seeing the whole picture here behind Your quit, O'Yeow, Since March 10th of 2003, I've managed to Kick One Big Addiction, But have pick up 5 or 6 other addictions to take its place, You bet Your sweet bibby I have, # 1, Carrying a milk shake staw around with me daily, # 2, Every morning mostly, eat a bowl of Kellog's Raisin Bran, with 3 or 4 large strawberries diced on top, with sweet & low sugar, # 3, Everyday at around noon time, eat 4 or 5 large Pimento green olives, # 4, Almost every day around 2;00 p,m, fix myself a large Romaine lettuce with all the trimmings, with a dab of Ranch dressing, # 5, Every moring, take off down the road walking for 2 miles, then late in the evening's, for 1 mile, # 6, I didn't really know what a Computer was, Until Someone told me to get on the Stop Smoking Center, # 7, Am I addicted to my Computer, Oh Yeow, Big Time, My other Half gives me hell at time's for sitting on the computer, But then She still smokes too, So its whatever Your cup of tea is, Am I addicted to these other addictions, I must be, been doing them regularly for the last past year, And forgot to add, have lost 30 pounds since this past New Years Day, Do I have Bragging Rights, Bubba says I do, For I have done it, Do You have any Addictions You want to share with Us Quitters since You Quit smokeing, Bring them on, for it sure beats smokeing, You All have a Good Week, Ya Hear, Smokeless In Oklahoma :) :) :)
