Phil, your words make me remember that old beatle song: "Woke up, got out of bed Dragged a comb across my head Found my way downstairs and drank a cup And looking up, i noticed i was late Found my coat and grabbed my hat Made the bus in seconds flat Found my way upstairs and had a smoke Somebody spoke and i went into a dream Ah" (I was thinking if I could have mentioned this here...) Anyway... I cannot believe they removed the double decker buses from normal service! Is it real?? For me, the memories are coming faster now, and more frequent, with no dreams...I remember all the time when I wasn't a smoker...like now. Sometimes lovely images appear, ghostlike, at the oddest times and places. I think that I still having some cold turkey symptom...dreaming/waked up...but it's good! :) just thoughts guys My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/11/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 39 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 590 Amount Saved: $117 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 13 Mins: 48 Seconds: 36

Miss you all already!! Day off so out shopping. Interesting comment Forgot to take my patch off last night and boy did those dreams come back. Very odd dreams relating to people I knew perhaps 40 years ago. they were mostly smokers but no one was smoking. We all went on a double decker bus to buy a television(about10 of us) Now in those days you could smoke upstairs on a double decker(London style) bus but not downstairs so we all went upstairs but nobody was smoking! I have no idea why we wanted the TV!!!! Back in Friday for the weekend parade Phil xx My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/9/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 71 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,422 Amount Saved: 372.75 Life Gained: Days: 14 Hrs: 16 Mins: 8 Seconds: 26

Love to you both(and I mean it) Cloudy and wet here too. Well done again Dutch Take a look at this I dont know how true its is! Back in Fri! me xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Tobacco Cartel Tries to Dupe Ohio Voters The most deceitful, despicable, dishonest tobacco cartel measure Ohio voters are being treated to the most deceitful, despicable, dishonest tobacco cartel measure to date. Tobacco interests have put before Ohio voters a constitutional amendment (Issue 4) that appears to protect health, but actually repeals all clean indoor air laws (past, present, and future) and replaces them with a weak state law that would allow smoking in many places. The proposal is being presented as a health initiative under the grossly misleading name of SmokeLess Ohio. A massive ad campaign never tells voters that it would repeal strong local clean indoor air laws (like the one in Columbus) or that it is actually the tobacco cartel behind the measure. "The tobacco cartel will likely break all Ohio records in terms of campaign expenditures," explains Joe Cherner, president of SmokeFree Educational Services, Inc. "Most people who vote for Issue 4 will never realize that it is being funded by the tobacco cartel." Issue 4 is a wolf in sheep's clothing. It's a deceptive trick. If tobacco interests are successful in duping Ohio voters, similar measures will no doubt begin to appear on other state ballots. I didnt take my patch off last night b/c of the stress from yesterday. So I had this dream of being in a campus building and the event of the day was bowling with frozen turkeys. Each time it was my turn, someone stole my turkey ball. *frown* My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/21/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 29 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 293 Amount Saved: $58 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 13 Mins: 57 Seconds: 47
