As others have stated, don't quit quitting!
I have quit several times now, and the last time I was able to stay away for 3 1/2 years, but I got complacent and figured I had this thing licked, WRONG!!!!
It will get easier, with time behind you, I promise.
I know the struggle there is when you first go without smoking, cause I'm going through it again myself. I just remember that every time I quit, it is that much less smoke doing harm to my body. I'm not perfect, but I CAN do it one day at a time.
Good luck with your quitting!
