WELL TODAY WAS A LITTLE TOUGHER BUT NOT TOO TOO BAD. I MADE IT THRU THE NIGHT WITH MY GRANDAUGHTER BUT SHE WAS TESTING ME. TODAY I WORKED SECURITY FOR A WEDDING RECEPTION. I HAD A FALL BACK AND ATE TWO PIECES OF CAKE. THEY WERE SMALL BUT STILL TWO, SHAME ON ME!! I HAVE FOUND THAT EATING MILD FIREBALLS HELPS ALOT. I AM STILL SMOKE FREE AND PATCH FREE. TOMORROW I WILL BE NICOTINE FREE. I HAD A FEW URGES TODAY BUT TOOK MY DEEP BREATHS AND WENT ON TO KEEPING BUSY. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR ADVICE. GOING NOW TO READ MY BOOK FOR AWHILE. YALL HAVE A GREAT NIGHT. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, HANG IN THERE, CAUSE IF I CAN DO IT, I KNOW YOU CAN. HI TO ALL TONIGHT. HAVE BEEN KEEPING BUSY SO DOING PRETTY GOOD RIGHT NOW. YESTERDAY MY PATCH FELL OFF WHEN I GOT HOME FROM WORK SO I TOOK IT OFF AND DIDNT PUT IT BACK ON TILL THIS AM. THEN TODAY I WAS AT HOSPITAL AND MET A GENTLEMAN THAT TOLD ME HE PRAYED TO THE LORD TO HELP HIM. SO I DID WHILE I WAS WAITING TO GET MY XRAYS. WHEN I CAME OUT OF XRAY AND WAS BACK AT THE OFFICE I NOTICED MY PATCH WAS GONE AGAIN. I DECIDED IT WAS A SIGN THAT I DIDNT NEED IT. SO I WENT THE WHOLE DAY WITHOUT IT AND HERE IT IS 11:00 AT NIGHT AND IN 30 MINUTES ILL BE SMOKE FREE FOR 24HOURS. I HAVE TOLD SO MANY PEOPLE ABOUT THIS SITE AND HOW AWESOME IT IS. THANKS ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT ITS REALLY HELPING ME! Great going so far peppermint, well done... I hope that you are remembering to treat yourself every evening, even if it's only half an hour to pamper yourself... It makes all the difference.. I am really proud at you getting this far, and I am sure that your darling Grandaughter is too... Congratulations, keep it up.. They come in a pack of 50 and are just a little bigger than a tic tac. I went through nearly 2 packs of these a day in the first weeks lol. It sure did help tho. :) Beleive and it WILL happen.
