Ericon, I noticed all those "Think" cigarettes are some of the easiest to get passed, at least for me. First day or two I just either took a walk, found something quick to do, or popped a mouth full of sunflower seeds in my mouth. Boredem cigarettes are harder for me then the thinkers... Diffently get a plan for those times! Sounds like your on the right track. I'm just about to start day number 8! Plenty of "I want a smoke" but not an ounce of giving in. I'm here and I feel aweful. At least the sweating doesn't happen as much. I'm really hating the world lately though. I just found out that i have other plans the weekend we were planning to go though.. a big huge bellydancing workshop in Cali. Thats going to be wonderful to experience while bieng able to breath... but, I'm feeling like i'd rather go have a nice weekend with my hubby. :( My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/17/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 6 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 371 Amount Saved: $78 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 13 Mins: 41 Seconds: 54

... Minus the water and the nice cool breaze that comes off the water. LOL My oldest son has started hanging around a guy that smokes. :/ He's a good boy (My son) and i trust him, but I also shared with him the urges i had to smoke before I ever had even had one, and I told him that he's probably going through a little bit of withdrawals too because he's not living in it anymore which would make him succeptable, and I got him to promise that if he has any urge to try it, that he'll at least wait and talk to me first. :) I am so happy to be a part of this group. I made it thru Hell Week and then today I had some really bad cravings. I was surprised because not smoking was feeling so good. Nicotine is a tricky drug for sure. I am so glad to have you ALL here for strength! Thankyou, Pokey (Dee) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/12/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 8 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 161 Amount Saved: $32 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 19 Mins: 53 Seconds: 27
