Hey there Cuddles - let me point out how strong and focused you have been. Through very tough times, you have had the strength and courage to keep your quit in tact. That's difficult, you are to be commended for your accomplishments. Think back to your daughter's graduation how proud you were (of her and yourself)while in Chicago- you're a terrific non-smoker......
Cuddles, you're a nice "boost" for everyone here - always coming back with a smiley response for people. You're appreciated here .. a lot. Grab some breakfast from Mr. Ed's grill before he takes off down the beach - there's plenty.

I am going to do some yoga before dinner - need to rejuvenate a little bit and do some cleansing of the soul and deep breathing - it allows the good feeling to wash over you ~

How exciting to arrive at the beach. When I first arrived at the SSC I stumbled upon the beach thread - and thought, yep that's what I'm shooting for. It has never once crossed my mind that I would not make this journey happen. And lookie, I keep "happening".
Being a non-smoker has brought things to my life that I have not had since I was a teenager. That in itself, elates me.....
Love being a non-smoker, love having made it to the beach! Can't wait to see the excitement of others as they arrive here too - such a proud moment - we love a reason to celebrate around here!!! We will see you all soon Cuddles & Company ~
While we wait, I am going to borrow a motorcyle from our neighbor here and zip around for awhile ~
