Thank you so much Lilly and everyone. This has been a very illuminating, challenging and rewarding journey. For me it's not so much chucking the fags as it is finding myself through the smog! The smog has well and truly cleared now thanks to the good advice from the champion stars that support us in these forums. Even when we disagree we're making progress. And now - I'm off to paddle in the water and check out the barbie on the beach. I have my doubts about the ethics of a horse cooking a cow but I'm sure that I won't care when I'm tucking into my first beach barbie meal. Thanks again everyone, xx alison :) Life. Be in it.
