*Today I ask for fortitude for Lady. Help her to find the strength and the grace of patience she needs to address the emotions she is feeling and to realize she is loved. Give her peace of mind, body and soul, so that she can be free from any needless anxiety, pain or worry. Amen*

Hi My Lady..I hope things are easing a little for you now? Im not sure what has brought this crave on but please dont smoke, you know it doesnt make sense. Remember how you got mad at me just before Xmas because I slipped ? Its not worth it. I know from experience that if you did slip, you would find that the disgusting taste of a fag is NOT what you are craving at present. Take care My Lady.. we have come through a lot together ..we will get through this too ..the smobers are here to assist and support our Lady ..deep breaths for old times sake :8o:breath in :gasp: breath out :8o:breath in :gasp: breath out Dont give up your year quit for no one ..... PS .. I dont crave .. I dont have triggers .. but I could still murder a fag sometimes :eg: :8o: ;p My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/7/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 380 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,616 Amount Saved: 1824 Life Gained: Days: 62 Hrs: 23 Mins: 58 Seconds: 46

I just wanted to say thank you again for your overwhelming response in my time of need. At a time when I felt no one cared, you were all there to prove me wrong. Your responses touched me and words cannot express the gratitude I have for each and every one of you. I'm still struggling with this issue but I am getting through it and I know that I can do it without smoking. One step at a time and deep breaths, just like the quit. I just wanted to say thank you again to all of you special people. You truly are my quit family. Cheryl...I don't thin you would have been alone on that trip. Still here, still hanging on. I really love you people. You have touched my heart more than you could ever know. I can't type much right now. I can't see. The tears are still flowing. THANK YOU so much for caring. How do you thank people for so many overwhelming responses in a time of need? Your prayers worked. I am still smoke free and plan on staying that way. It isnt easy and I dont have a solution to my problem but Im sending it upstairs for review (thanks Cobenfan). N2K and all who followed Thank you for the prayer. It gave me strength. Riverdale Man You Saved My Life was so long ago, I had forgotten all about it. That thread mentioned a lot of people that were influential at day 45 of my quit. Those same people were here today and tonight, holding my hand and making sure I didnt give up. Thank you for the reminder. Laura I knew who you were when you posted about the parties. Thank you again and for the message you sent out as well. That was very helpful. Sandra Using my own words against me wasnt very nice. Thank you for the scripture. Ladybugg and Islandgirl I have your numbers and I thank you for your concern. Healer I have the book. Thanks for reminding me to breathe. Mama You put me in your prayer circle. That means so very much. I believe in the power of prayer. God is good and I know He will see me through whatever comes my way. ALWAYS. Shevie, Hummy, Joe, Duffis and my Dear Mr. Smoggs I do not know what I would do without all of you. You are the shelter I go to when I need calm from the storms. You have all been there since the beginning and continue to be there in my times of need. My special friends, you are so very dear to me. Everyone else who responded I thank you. 59 posts are just so many more than I ever imagined there would be. Your concern, prayers, and affection leave me speechless. If anyone ever says this site isnt a Godsend, they are a fool. I believe this is the part where I say. Chin up, best foot forwardhere we go. We continue to March. As Mike would always say The Journey is the Reward. (((((((((Hugs))))))))) Shel. Thank you so much! I didn't get this much attention when I made it to the hall of fame. :) I wonder if this is a record. I'm going to try to sleep now. Goodnight.. This is so hard and I want my brick wall back. I want to run and I want to hide. My head hurts, my eyes hurt, and I just can't seem to pull it together. I will NOT smoke, I will NOT smoke, I will NOT smoke, I will NOT smoke. I have done many, many stupid things in my life and throwing away my quit would be yet another one. Boy junkie thinking really is something else. Right now it just keeps saying..."no one gives a crap anyway. Go ahead. Heck, no one even knew you smoked before. Who cares! What difference does it make." I don't know what to do. I don't know what to think. I just don't know. I will not go into ANY details. Just know that right now I need your prayers. It would be so easy to go drown myself in a pack of smokes right now but I REFUSE! I have worked hard for my quit and I am NOT giving it up. Instead I am asking my quit family to please pray for me. I need strength. Thank you.
