PinkTexas - HELL WEEK IS OVER WITH! BIG FAT CONGRATS! Oh yeah, I was sick off & on the first few weeks. Seemed like once one symptom starting going away, another popped up. Annoying beyond belief . . . but the good news is, it WILL PASS. Just wait it out. It's worth it. It's truly worth waiting it all out. Well today marks the 1 week milestone for me. 7 whole days of being smoke free, I think I should get a gold star for that! I must say that I feel so much better than I have in years. This is actually something that is miserable that has a great reward. I can actually breathe when I wakeup in the mornings. However I am getting sick a little. I am coughing a lot and having some headaches, but I figure if I get through the next week, and get my sickness out of the way. I figure this is just part of the quit. Last time I quit I only made it to two weeks, and I got really really sick. So I knew it was coming I just thought that it would be sooner than today when it hit. Anyway I am looking forward to this next week, and passing through the milestone of getting sick, staying smoke free and being a all new me!!! I am so excited. Thanks for the support.
