Gonnadoit I don't think it just happens like that, just stop at the store and smoke, it was in your mind all along for sure. I'm hearing resentment towards your husband, why because it's easier for him, well remember this : statistics show that it's easier for men to quit than women, that we have to accept, can't change it, accept it. I think that if we're truthful with ourselves, we know exactly how relapse happens, not in a second just like that, you have to think about it and then physically do the deed , buy , take out the money to pay and open the pack and take a sickarette out of it and buy a lighter and light that thing, this takes more than a second. It's a concious act, once this is established, you're armed for the next step in your commitment to quit smoking. I'm rambling here, I don't want to sound tough because I'm not, I don't judge, I don't know what's waiting for me around the corner. All I know is you have to be committed to the quit and true to yourself. Now get back to square one and do it for yourself. Sincerely Marie
