OOOPS
I am now just five pounds over my pre 2002 start weight and about 20 pounds more after that. One step at a time.
Off to breafast and then out for a walk and a swim.

Thanks for all the wonderful and encouraging responses.
Now about those 15 pounds! I am nopt back to the weight I was when I quit in 2002, when I gained 30 pounds because I subbed in milk chocolate, jelly bell jelly beans and any flavour of ice cream for the smokes I didn't smoke. Doing it differently this time I started swimming before I quit and gave myself a challenge to learn to swim instead of smoke. So far seems to be okay. I haven't drowned yet.
Cheers
Phillip

140 days is Fantastic

It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
