TWO WEEKS!

18 years ago 0 213 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I am back from vacation not only being some free but passed my three week milestone almost hitting four weeks here in a few days. The vacation was great touring Michigan upper pennisula (Pictured Rock Tour, St Ignas, Mackinaw Island {I biked the island and was not out of breath}, Many water falls in the U.P., castle rock, Souix St Marie, ate lots of Walleye), Wisconsin and Minnisota (Hit an Aquarium, a couple of boat musems, and took a ferry down St Croix River. I kept my smoking cessation cd's close by and continued to re-read my book The Easy Way to Quit by Carr, I also had my bike and some weights available to relieve stress. Cybrduke, I wrote myself that note you recommended and came back smoke free. That was a good idea as I thought about that note a couple of time of my trip. Just wanted to let you all know I still smoke free....well almost, I did smoke a chicken....tee-hee Navigator. Hi All, Well I made it two weeks. Plan on stopping by the cafe for a break. I am going on vacation and won't be logging back on until the 11th of July. We are departing from Kansas and going to Michigan in the Upper Penisula where I will not be able to signal on my air card. I wish I could take you all with me, going to visit the in-laws. It is stressful for me due to my husbands family always has a major situation with every gathering. I will miss my haven here and all my friends. Navigator. Dear Navigator Congratulations on 2 weeks! Hell Week....DONE, Heck Week....DONE I am proud of you! You have a great vacation. If you have craves.....remember 5 minutes at a time. Take deep breaths, recite a mantra and go for 5 minutes. You should find that you can go 5 minutes and the crave should pass. Stay Strong! on 2 weeks, great job Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
