That's great advice and great news, trailbum. What have you read about how reduction of caffiene helps in quitting and staying quit?
I cut way back on caffeine two weeks ago because of back pain I have and thinking it will help the muscles be more relaxed.
Anyone have any ideas about caffeine and nicoteine interactions?

It's Amazing
Got 4 weeks FREE.
After 52 years of addiction. I have finally stopped
smoking. And it's as simple as this.
Stop smoking now.
Not tomorrow or after that pack
runs out. Never touch it again. Not even one puff.
Extra tip that I learned from failed attempts.
Get educated about Nicotine and cut way down or
off of caffeine.

Hi Trailbum,
Well done on a smoke-free four weeks!
I've noticed that caffeine is much more likely to give me the shakes since quitting.
