Hi Cuddles! In our minds, it seems that there will always be some excuse to pick up a cig and smoke, whether it's a bad day, someone upset you, your car broke down, fight with friend, it's rainy (hehe..you know what I mean), etc. Our minds also seem to think that there is never a good time to quit; however, in reality everyday, every minute, every second is a good time to quit. The sooner you do it, the closer you are to being happier and healthier.
I'm still new at this also. Keep strong, and good luck today.....you can do it ;)
