Two weeks today. Seems like it should be longer. I'll take 14 days. Look at that quit meter...212 cigs not smoked...man, that it really gross. I work next door to a little pub, where I sometimes order dinner and have a couple after work and smoke a ton. I went in tonight for the first time in 2 weeks, just to pick up an order, it stunk! I thought I might be tempted, just the opposite. Thanks fo all your help. Terri

It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
