Bogbott, A few tips, Clean and shave area of application Rotate where you put the patch Place your hand over the patch for thirty seconds after application. Warming the adhesive helps it stick If your still encountering difficulties, switch to something else, another brand or throw them away all together. The choice is yours just remember to replace that coping mechanism with a new one. Good luck, Danielle _____________________________ The SSC Support Team

A survey for the 100 day + quitters - no I'm not trying to be exclusive - this is ultimately aimed to help new quitters - depending on the results. Please let me know a) Did you quit 1) cold turkey, or 2) use NRT (patches etc) b) What influenced your decision to go for option 1) or 2) I'd like to leave this thread open for about a week then publicise the results. Thanks, Mr Ed :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 153 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,608 Amount Saved: 1147.5 Life Gained: Days: 25 Hrs: 14 Mins: 37 Seconds: 10
