I have no doubt you will make it another 4 months.
Enjoy your accomplishment.

Congratulations Bob,
Join RD Man on the Beach - he had 4 months yesterday and is still celebrating!
I'll rustle up something on the grill for you - you shouldn't drink champagne on an empty stomach!
Mr Ed :)

Rob47 - However you arrived at the 4 month is irrelevant. You've kicked some serious Ash and we're proud of you. Yes, we love to have you around - if ya weren't here, then we wouldn't be able to say, "Here Comes Trouble". I have a brother a lot like you, for his birthday, we bought him a t-shirt that says "RUNS WITH SCISSORS". LOL
Congratulations Bob -

Congratulations.
Hope it's a nice day in Rochester.
Are you celebrating, rewarding yourself?
I bet the cats love the garden today!
Glad to see you moving along and doing so well.
Keep the Quit.
Coben- I want that t-shirt! That is perfect. My friends would get a real kick out of it, too. :eg:
Thanks all for the kudos.

Hard to believe- past any previous quit...way past considering there was not one single puff here and there like in my previous attempts. Therein lies the difference.
I'm telling all "newbies"- if someone like myself can do this, you should feel very encouraged and optomistic in your quits! I don't exactly have what would be described as the brightest attitude for something as demanding as this has been. If I can do it.... ;p
Mama- I've got my eye on you. Dust yourself off and do it again.
Hang tough, everyone.
Bob :)

It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
