Thanks for the responses. I meant to say I quit May 23, not June. The cigarettes are called Quest and there are three steps, each lower in nicotine. I went to my old spot to buy smokes and the owner, who knew I had quit, told me those were the only ones he would sell me. The lowest was what I bought with .05 per cig. Anyway, I left them hidden in my office this afternoon and did not take them home with me (I did smoke one more---up to five now). On my way home I stopped by a park and said a little prayer---I usually tell people I am agnostic. I don't really practice, but I'm the first person on my knees when the $*#@ hits the fan---and today seemed like a good day. Had a little cry, came home, and as soon as I sign off of here I am making a very stiff Jack and coke to drink while I take a long bath and then I am going straight to bed. Tomorrow is a new day and I willbe okay---I think. I'll let you know. Thanks again for the support. You have no idea how much it means to me!
