I went grocery shopping and talked to my sister (non smoker for 5 years now). We discussed the implications of just one...
She said i dont have a choice, she told me not to jepordize my quit. She listened to me throwing my tantrum, sympathized and soon enough we had been talking for 2 1/2 hours. Its hard to explain, i still feel the crave for one but i dont want one.
I kinda feel a little crazy, i was drving back from the tire center and i was thinking, just one cig come on just one - it will be ok, and out loud i laughed and said... you know you CANT have just one and you are a fool if you think you can. You see one side of my brain KNOWS its wrong, the other side is that little devil on your shoulder constantly egging me on... come on.... you know you want it. Feeling kinda crazy lol.
:confuse:
Thanks everyone, feels like a long hard road all up hill at the moment, and i dont know where i would be without you guys helping me through.
