I just wanted to sincerely thank all of you for all your support and encourgement. I have made through 18 days and will soon close on my 19th day. It feels like yesterday some moments in my quit and then it feels like longer than my time other days. I do notice I can go for more than an hour and it will hit my mind that I have not been thinking about a smoke. I dont miss it at all! When my mind wants to trick me and I start to see myself as a smoker and I tell the nicodemon that I am in control and picture myself and a strong non-smoker. I dont get the chance to always post encourgement to others, which I feel bad and am trying to post whatever I can, I read so many heart filled words that this bond of quitters share. I would like to thank whom ever started this web-site and give them a high five and to all the board members as well, gee I feel like I just won an academy ward, no I won something far greater than that, my life! My hat goes out to all the quiters on the site for all the hard work and determination to see and feel life beyond puffing! Sincerely ME Julie :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 18 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 189 Amount Saved: $81.54 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 14 Mins: 7 Seconds: 8
