I dunno, but, when I read your posts I read it with a British accent. ;) Were you going to get back to me about those dreams? Or do I have the wrong person? Wow about you witnessing Sept.11th - I am still stunned by the whole incident - and, I do worry and pray for our guys overseas. Bye for now, Maria

An MVP is a Mitral Valve Prolapse of the heart - just one of the common denominators of 'panic'. Sounds like you need a flat mate - I know that's not always possible - I feel intense lonliness sometimes, too. But, it seems the 'panic beast' keeps me close to home. Write Back, Maria P.S. What kind of meds are you taking that allow you to drink? If I had even one glass of wine, I would be asking for trouble - I would definately be feeling super weird and then, a panic attack would surely set in. Any little thing can trigger an attack these days - even walking down a spooky road at night, near my house, or, watching a freaky movie or even if I think things are weird, and they really aren't, I can feel one coming on. Freaky, huh? I am only periodically this 'panic sensitive'.

Hey bubble, Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, I was hoping for a reply to chill me out a little :) When i have a hangover I just try and drink water lots, but when I'm having an attack it's hard to drink water.... it feels almost like I'm drowning.. Is this Normal? Another thing I was wondering was how much diet/ excercise contributes to an attack, any reflection would be appreciated, an again thanks for getting back to me so soon. Another point : I live in london, but was visiting friends in Manhattan on 9/11, therefore i witnessed the horiffic events of that day with my own eyes, up until very recently i didn't think i was that phazed by it (or had any right to be for that matter- i didn't loose a friend/loved one) But I've been having really vivid dreams about it for the last few weeks.... dunno if this means anything.... but i just thought I'd spill my guts.... Music is a good to reflect to... I can recommend "In a New York minute" by Don Henley..... amazing song :) Oh well laters!! C

Hi Charlie Sounds like a bad day When That happens to me I try to remember that a big part of what is happening to me is a hangover. My body is withdrawing from alcohol. Makes me feel a bit better to know what is happening. What do you do for a hangover? I rehydrate, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, stay away from coffee, and take it easy until the withdrawal symptoms ease up. What do other people do? There must be lots of other tricks. Hang in There
