day 1 - been craving a bit through out the day. cravings lead to me feeling angry and frustrated, and when the anger grows that is when i usually loose self respect and adopt the 'i dont care, - im going to smoke - whats the big deal' attitude.
what i've been telling myself is that these cravings will pass. emotions i can deal with at a minute to minute basis. feeling become so much intense - they're feelings - they're not going to kill me like cigarettes are. need to chill out, meditate and relax. take things one day at a time. today i've got choice and im taking responsibility for myself.
giving myself a pat on the back.
will keep close
