Thanks Ladybugg and PrincessC. You gals (I think your Gals are GREAT).
I will go to bed now but want you to know that I'll be fine. Since quitting alcohol and helping others on the sister site here(alcoholhelpcenter), I really haven't found quitting smoking that much to deal with. I live in Ontario Canada and I found a help line to quit smoking, so next time I have a real bad urge to go and buy a pack, all I have to do is call the toll free number and talk one on one to a real person. The line is open 24/7. It was wierd the first time I called because I got a guy with a sexy voice and I thought GOSH, I can't vent to this guy but he made it real easy for me to talk to him and I DID get by the urges to smoke. I really don't like typing on a computer screen, never did like trying to talk to someone on a chat line, so this was right up my alley. So I DO have support and leave with no hard feelings. I just don't want to depend on a forum to help me get by as their are too many rules, trust me the toll free number does let you talk about anything and you seem to get a different person each time you call. It's very interesting!!!! ;p
Best to YAHS!
