Thanks Ladybugg and PrincessC. You gals (I think your Gals are GREAT). I will go to bed now but want you to know that I'll be fine. Since quitting alcohol and helping others on the sister site here(alcoholhelpcenter), I really haven't found quitting smoking that much to deal with. I live in Ontario Canada and I found a help line to quit smoking, so next time I have a real bad urge to go and buy a pack, all I have to do is call the toll free number and talk one on one to a real person. The line is open 24/7. It was wierd the first time I called because I got a guy with a sexy voice and I thought GOSH, I can't vent to this guy but he made it real easy for me to talk to him and I DID get by the urges to smoke. I really don't like typing on a computer screen, never did like trying to talk to someone on a chat line, so this was right up my alley. So I DO have support and leave with no hard feelings. I just don't want to depend on a forum to help me get by as their are too many rules, trust me the toll free number does let you talk about anything and you seem to get a different person each time you call. It's very interesting!!!! ;p Best to YAHS! had enough...over and out My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/20/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 25 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 876 Amount Saved: $187.5 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 10 Mins: 32 Seconds: 26

Hey everyone, I was on the site on August the 12th venting away and by venting, I was trying to overcome the strong urges I was having at the time. VENTING...........always helps one to overcome the feelings they are having at the time. Then someine replies back to you and what that certain person says back to you REALLY AND TRUELY HELPS!!!! Well I vented, got 3 replies BEFORE THE MODS deleted my venting post. I did however recieve the replies I had recieved through e-mail. So I would really like to THANK, N2K....PRINCESSC and MISTYMOON for helping me get by that night. You guys/gals are the BEST!!!! I want to tell everyone that if we can't express what we are feeling at the time of a bad crave, then what the heck is the point of venting and asking for help????????? I find this site too proper or should I say too many rules for my liking. So I WISH EVERYONE LUCK AND BEST WISHES!!! I have elsewhere to go. But thanks for the replies that got me through some tough craving that night. had enough My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/20/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 25 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 875 Amount Saved: $187.5 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 10 Mins: 28 Seconds: 48
