Hi to all in the 6-12 Club, I was determined to find it and once found I couldn't resist bumping it even though I'm technically a few days early. At 6 months on, you'd think recording the time wouldn't be important but I really like these milestones, they definitely hold a significance to me. And that is what matters really, whatever it takes to keep the quit and gain satisfaction along the way. If there are any other of the original May Company quitters out there then congratulations to you, we've made it 6 whole months, one half of a whole year....who would have thought!!! Hi Cobenfan, thanks for the welcome. You're right..at the beginning of the quit 6 months seemed impossibly far away, it was spring going into summer and now it's autumn going into winter!! Maybe a conga is a good idea Nanny to keep warm and burn the calories, I swear I've lost 2" off my height and it's landed on my hips!! January will soon be here and one whole year quit for you....congrats. We're all beating an addiction Casey, how absolutely brilliant is that!!
