Thank you all guys! I need your support so much because I still feel very bad. No, i didn't go to buy cigs. Mom left them here.. and even though i was among people with cigs the last days, don't know what got into me today. Anyway, all my friends know that i am trying to quit. They're all supportive. My best friend told me that even if i ask,she won't give me! :) Today i saw the free days some of you have and i thought..oh my God i will never arrive there! But then i went to the gym..worked out for a couple of hours, then met some friends and i said, why not? I will do it!! I told mom not to leave them around... if this will be a little help. I take today as my quit date and start all over again! It felt great all these days no matter what!! And i want my internet connection back.It makes me nervous!! Thank you all !! it's almost midnight in Greece...time to rest!! i was trying for more than 2 hours to get on the net...i was in crisis... and i did it... i had just one puff.Only one was enough to make me sick in the stomach and more important sick with myself..i got disgusted and threw it away. Telling you that a phone call made me nervous is not an excuse. But i couldn't talk to you. I didn't want to do nothing. No deep breathes,no walking around,no water..nothing helped. i'm sorry..i feel angry,disappointed,sad...i'm ashamed to tell you but you need to know... I'm sorry ... i feel a failure... Kate please start over. I know what that one puff will do and if don't get right back on it could be awhile before you come back. It was around day 9 & 10 when I got in trouble in the past. I am aware now that they are rough days for me now and I just try and get though them. I am craving some, but know they will go away. I had trouble yesteday with our internet and I know what you mean. I paniced when I couldn't get on. Hang tight and please start over. Hi Kate, Where did you get the cigarette? Throw them all out, after you drench them with water, so there is no temptation there... Proactive behaviors (coping skills) when the tough times come are what will get you through them - you must do them... Now, do the most loving thing you can do for yourself, and brush yourself off and get back on your Quit - start all over again, brand new day... Kate - We are not a judgemental group here - we just want to support you in your path to quitting. You don't need to apologize to us...Just get back on the non-smoking path and continue on. You can do this - if you bought a pack to smoke then please put water on them and throw them away. You have to be ready and to want to quit more than you want to smoke. Have you told anyone in your family? a close friend? Maybe when you can't get on the computer you can call one of them?? The sea is a soothing place. Go there and repair...smell the fresh salty air and inhale Grace...for yourself We're behind you 100%!
