Stress is a part of life. Learning how to live with our stresses in a healthy way is key to our inner balance in my opinion. Learning how to cope, accept, be patient with, and respond to stress is key.
Almost everything that happens in life causes some sort of stress. It is up to us as to how we choose to think and respond to that stress that is so important to our moods.
Positive events/change can bring about stress just like negative events/change can.
When we truly accept that stress is a part of life instead of fighting against it, it is then that we can embrace it and learn to not panic for a cigarette when we feel the stresses of life. When we choose to be still and not struggling against stress, we are then able to embrace life's stresses, think about them rationally, and then choose a course of action.
Or if our pity pot is full, we can vent, flush, and then get on with embracing and taking action. Hey whatever works, right? ;p
Nicodemon is no match for Emotional coping skills.
Fondly,
