Kate, I hope you made it through OK. Just take some deep breaths and tell yourself N.O.P.E. Repeat that to yourself! You can do this! Please check in and let us know that you're OK. Crave the Quit! Thanks Andy... i really needed someone to talk to..but this time in Greece is the time that everyone on the other continent is sleeping... so,i just kept on working, surfing, drank some water and didn't risk to get up. It's gone..i think... and i'm grateful that my throat is like this now because it's just preventing me as well. pffff... My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/23/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 15 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 153 Amount Saved: 45 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 2 Mins: 8 Seconds: 30

Breathe in slowly.....breathe out. Now again, nice deep breath. It WILL pass. Get up and get some water and sip on that. Or use a mint. Just don't smoke!!! You are doing a great job, don't throw it away. You should be proud of yourself, remind yourself why you are doing this. It's a gift. Kate, I'm usually on around this time daily, its before my daughter wakes up and when I have my morning coffee. If you ever need someone to talk to, I'll be here. I hope you're feeling better, Andrea My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/7/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 92 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,856 Amount Saved: $437 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 19 Mins: 24 Seconds: 46

Smoking will only make your headache worse. Smoking solves nothing. Find something healthy to help you. Advil works for me. Some ice cold water. Some deep breaths.
