I am also new in my quit, but this is not the first time, but I'm bound and determined to make it the last one. 17 days for me, and I'm doing good. The thing that gets me through is knowing that I'm an addict and that I cannot feed this addiction (not even one), I read a lot of posts but don't respond to a lot. It's been said before and I'll say it again....KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!!! I wish everyone much success. We take it one day, one hour, one minute, one second at a time...whatever it takes, just don't smoke, (N.O.P.E.)!!
We are all in this together!!
