Sorry Mr Ed, I missed this post yesterday. I always read your posts, you are there for a lot of the new comers. I think with what people say, most take what they want and leave the rest behind. Sometimes we have bad days and things seem a bit skewed.. Instead it should have a sign swinging outside...PLEASE LEAVE YOUR SANITY AT THE DOOR! ;)

I must have missed something.. Mr Ed, I always keep an eye out for you and are pleased when I see a post from you. You were one of the first to welcome me, so don't high tail it out of here, I've only got little chicken legs and my wings are useless so I can't keep up. This farm is great but not surprisingly with all the different animals some things probably get lost in translation. Words mean different things to different people and just about every culture on the planet is probably represented here. I certainly hope I've never said anything to offend or correct you or anyone else as that's never my intention and I'd feel awful if anyone thought that. Don't wander off to the wilderness, stay here with the warm stable and some nice hay. I wish I could do more, but I can only lay eggs. Haha, good one Breaking Free! Mr. Ed, How are you today? Feeling better I hope... Please keep speaking up. Everybody has a different quit, so it takes a wide variety to advice from many sources to help everyone. I'm positive many of your posts have been helpful and reached many in their time of need. Thamks IslandGirl, Niks and D2Q, Hope you're all well! Had a funny 'wild horse day' yesterday but I'm OK now! Today I have been disappointed. I have always seen this site as a great place to visit to assist in my quit and I've interacted with some very nice people. However, I hope I'm wrong, but sometimes this site seems like a microcosm for the real world in that I've stood corrected as to my choice of words in a particular debate. I feel that everybody here has a right to expression whether their Quit is 1 day or 1000. Somebody once expressed a concern here about cliques, eg The Beach etc - I always felt that it wasn't an issue, but I'm concerned that when I've spoken up on certain subjects, my posts have more or less been judged on my status as an 'Elder' or otherwise. Right now I feel like the bloke who walked into a private club without seeing the sign outside. For the first time in ages, yes, this has made me feel like smoking.. I won't, but maybe I'll look elsewhere for help if I need it Sorry to be negative Mr Ed My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 128 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,863 Amount Saved: 960 Life Gained: Days: 21 Hrs: 11 Mins: 18 Seconds: 36
