Gone 12+ hours on the lower dose with no problems, but just over the last 30 minutes I started getting "that" feeling. Breathing deep and seeing it through nicely--I tend to get a bit ditzy during these times...help me, Obi-Whan Kenobi! :p
Signing off for a bit...while at the store I bought 2 different scents of bath "stuffs"-bath oil, body wash, lotion and body spray. One is lavender (to soothe and aid in sleep, so it says) and the other is olive/aloe and sage...an interesting combination. I smelled it at the store and found it familiar and intriguing. On the way home it dawned on me...it is sweet and faintly reminds me of marijuana. Tonight I use the lavender. I'll save the other for work Monday!HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Okay---I'm getting silly. BATH BREAK!!! BTW--not to worry, smoking is not on my to-do list!

My dear quit buddy Sparky has left me. I don't know whether to be
:( or
I can't be mad, I have lost quits more often than I would like to remember. But I am a bit down. I am. however, totally committed to keeping this quit. I am soooooooooooooo prepared to be successful this time.
I'll miss my Sparky.....

I am A-OK; tip-top; roger-dodger; 10-4 good buddy!
And boy do I smell TEE-RIFIC!!! A bath, a hot cup of Chai Spice Tea with milk and splenda really does the trick! I was SUPPOSED to save the stink-pretty's for my two week anniversary, but I just couldn't help myself! I did put the horribly-caloric-demon coffee I like away for that occassion.
Marie-I have on a NZ 15 mg. Golly, this has been a rather pleasant step-down, especially for a week-end drop (I always dreaded the weekends-with or without a drop in dosage!) I am in a much better state of mind, so I am sure that makes the majority of a difference. These patches said to place on the shoulder, upper arm or hip area (that was a first). So I put it on the right side of my upper cheek just under my waistline :8o: Seemed to be just fine and stuck well--maybe Phil was onto something! :confuse:
