Day four IS tough, you are in hell week, stick with it, it will get better.. if you bail out now. you will just want to quit again another time and have to go through it all over again, You are at day 4, why throw that away?
I can guarantee u if you smoke now you will feel dizzy and sick they will taste nasty and you will wonder why you bothered but it will be too late because you would have fed nicodemon.
1. Deep breathing, in through your nose, hold, slowly exhale through your mouth. Do this 10 times - then see if you want to smoke.
