Well mine is Nicodemon for two reasons.. 1 I have named the enemy that needs to be destroyed... and 2 it reminds me of how I feel when I smoke in public these days... KTQ... Kaitilina is a cross between my daughter's name (Katlyn), and my favorite salad dressing as a kid...lol, (Catilina), I just put the two together and spelled it uniquely...I didn't want a name that had to have numbers in it and this was original..... I like this thread - like the obvious, yet saying so much that needs to be said. I picked mine b/c I remembered something in undergraduate r/t the James/Lange theory (could be wrong). Basically, fright vs. flight - which comes first. Inadvertanly, does one flee b/c of fear or flees and then fears? Flippantly, smile and you will will be happy. Long story short (too late! i know): I figured I wanted someth'n that would stick with me throughout my quit'n while at the same time was where I wanted to be - "imallclear" is where I want to be. I've always enjoyed this thread, even though it was pointless for me to contribute to it. Now I'm wondering who's still around? Just curious, and more than a little hopeful -- peteg (pretty much my user name for everthing...) 2stubborn2smoke because I am too stubborn to Smoke, lol, or to ever go back to it!! 1st time in my life my inexplicable stubborness was actually not detrimental to anyone! For a long time i was too stubborn to quit, one of those 'it wont happen to me' thinkers... Then I woke up and realized that if I don't quit TODAY, I am never going to ... I am actually plain old Kristi... ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/9/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 47 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 380 Amount Saved: $162.15 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 2 Mins: 7 Seconds: 38
