You are going to look back and just be amazed at all you have accomplished and how good you feel. You are really getting close now. Hi folks, Rob, I'm so glad you feel as though you've turned a corner...that's great news! I don't know that anyone has shown any correlation between time smoked/number smoked and the difficulty of the quit. I just don't think quitting has been studied enough. All cravings pass and a craving has never killed anyone. The absolute best thing to do, no matter where you are in your quit, is change your location and your activity. Go somewhere, pick up a mop and scrub the floor, go for a run. Delay and distract. If you don't do that, you are doomed to obsessing over the crave. Good luck, everybody!
