Quit "playing" at quitting. You haven't quite come to the point of wanting to quit MORE than you want to smoke....when you do....you will quit. It doesn't matter how much research you do or how many grand plans you make...if you don't WANT to stop 100%....you won't. this is an addiction...and a mighty strong one at that.....you.have to say NO and mean it.....as long as you still have that foot in the smoking world, you aren't gonna quit.....get yourself 'totally' over to this side. NO more smoking.....no matter what....period....polkadot what scares you about quitting??? withdrawal???? withdrawal passes...lung cancer won't. There isn't ONE single valid reason to keep smoking....each 'excuse' that you come up with to continue is a lie. Get committed...make the jump Katy My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/4/2002 Smoke-Free Days: 1489 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 59,598 Amount Saved: $8189.5 Life Gained: Days: 194 Hrs: 8 Mins: 15 Seconds: 5
