You're at day 5, these feelings are normal and will pass...your body is trying to rid itself of all the poisons you used to injest, but it WILL pass!
Just try to remember your reasons for quitting in the first place, and use some coping mechanisms...drink water, deep breathing, chew gum/candy/straws, cry, scream, rant, post JUST DON'T SMOKE!
Most of us here have been through what you're going through, and it does get better! I promise.
