Victory over my triggers!

Alie, Good on you for working through those triggers. I can't seem to fight this word of caution that keeps popping up in my head though. It is all of these victories that give us positive reinforcement. Here comes the "but". But be careful too. So early in your quit it might not always be as easy to fight the temptations as it was last night. My cautioning may be unwarranted with you but so many have fallen off the wagon when drinking. I think it is a close cousin to the evil "Well, I can just have one" scenario. Anywho - great job and you are almost done with your 1st week!
