Purrfection,
Everyone is right, you have come to the right place and yup - you've got a great motivator. Ge some photos of those kids and your granddaughter and cling to them when things get a bit rough. My doctor told me to look at a picture of a loved one when my cravings kicked in and make a promise that I would look at it for 3 full minutes. If I still wanted a cigarette after that to go ahead. It is ALWAYS your choice to smoke. But the great thing is...it is ALWAYS your choice to QUIT too!
Check out the online program on the left side of the screen, read a lot of posts to give you an idea of what to expect, pick a day and dive in! The Hall of Fame can be a good source of inspiration also.
Let yourself get excited because you are giving yourself and your family the best gift you could give.
Sandra
