We have a lot going for us. We all have a desire to be smoke free, but also a desire that by doing so, we will become just that "little bit" better of a person for doing so. Some Non Smokers don't have that!!! You make a difference Lady. I thought of HALT a lot today and you. Like HALT - dont you dare smoke, or Lady will get her broom out after you. Five minutes at a time Lady said, and that is what I did....one minute actually. Not everyday is a good day. Wouldn't that be boring? I hope you are feeling better in the morning! I'm okay, you're okay! ;p ~bugg huggs~ PS...I do not think there is a such thing as a person who is emotionally sound and in total control. Unless of course we're talking about the Stepford Wives! :8o: Rejoice in the new you! Mama, It is great to see you are wanting to do something about this! Welcome to our support community and please take a look around. Preparation is essential to a successful quit. You have done wonderfully with your weight and you can the same with smoking :) Be the example you want to be and let us guide you through! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
