A Memory Is Not A Craving . . . .
I just read this on another post - Thanks Mc.
Thinking about when you were smoking doesn't necessarily mean that you are having a craving. That distinction is very important for me - I've spent most of my life as a smoker, and there was only one 2-1/2 year time period where anything I did WASN't accompanied by smoking.
I guess I should focus on the memories of that time period, proof that I can do it again, and keep it that way this time.
